If it fails
Do not drop TUIC settings into /etc/wireguard: that is a different format. If the node is silent, pick another in the same link and write support.

No. TUIC is selected inside the link. Official WireGuard is a separate config.
Is TUIC an extra charge?
No. A personal plan opens the whole link. Protocols are not billed one by one.
